Scissor Sisters know how to rock a party, no question. Aside from an incident including forgetting my sister was under 21 and forced to return home (I SUCK!), the show was fanfuckingtastic. New material is rockshit, old material grooved even better, and few things are more amazing than seeing a worldwide sensation in a room of only 200 people. Not only do I love the Mercury Lounge for being so laid-back, but I cannot speak enough of my love of SS for being so down-to-earth. They really are a big (freaky) family, and they continue to amaze me by NOT acting like rockstars. Cheers to them.
